A：No; there is not. MOBILE SIFF is more interested in your idea than professional facilities or your academic qualifications. As long as you have an idea, you are eligible to enter our competition; so please send us your work. We can promise you the best platform to demonstrate your talent globally.
Q：What is the preferred format or content for MOBILE SIFF?
A：We recommend the format of mpg, mov and 3gp.
In terms of the content, we would like to encourage creativity but the running time should be no longer than 25 minutes. Films that violate the laws of P.R. China will not be considered. All in all, your own original idea is of the most importance.
